A photo exhibition named “In memory of Gabdulla Tukay”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Haris Abdrakhmanovich Yakupov – the people’s artist of the RSFSR and the USSR, honored artist, laureate of State prize of Republic of Tatarstan Gabdulla Tukay, was held in the Museum of Gabdulla Tukay. During his long career H.A.Yakupov created more than 300 works, including 20 large canvases and more than 200 sketches. The work of Haris Yakupov is a convincing evidence of talent and constant desire to improve skills.
